SHIPPING & RETURNS

All our prints are made-to-order and we aim to deliver every single one of them in between 10 to 15 days, depending on the country. If your country is not on the list, this means our partners are no able to reach you at this time, if that’s the case, please get in touch, we will do our best to find an alternative.

ART-SECURE PACKAGING
We ship all our prints with art-secure packaging, and the final print is is checked by hand, given a protective cover and placed in art-secure packaging.

THINGS TO CONSIDER
Some regions, such as Middle East and South America, for example, might charge you a local customs fee, also they could ask for additional information, such as a phone number or ID number. Unfortunately this is something we can’t control. If you experience any delay with your order, that might be the case. Please, let us know as soon as possible, and we will try to resolve this as fast as possible.

INCORRECT/ UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS
If your order is returned to us and needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees and/or international taxes will apply. 
When placing your order, please take a few moments to verify that the shipping address you have provided is correct. We cannot assume responsibility for shipping charges, additional shipping charges or replacing items that are misdelivered because of an incorrect or undeliverable address entered at the time the order was placed.

DAMAGES/INCORRECT ORDER DETAILS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any damaged photographic prints purchased directly from GOMA are eligible for replacement. We require all damaged and incorrect prints to be returned to our studio for replacement. We must receive written notification as well as photo documentation of damages within 30 days of receiving item. After 30 days, we will no longer replace an item.  To start a return due to a damaged product, you can contact us at goma@studio-goma.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at goma@studio-goma.com
